Maqetin sends email today, with five more channels planned.
Every send, open and click on email lands on the person's profile. Push, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app messages and in-app calls are planned; the table says where each one stands.
Hi Sarah,
You sent 14 invoices and counted stock twice this week. Choose a plan before Friday and nothing changes.
Choose a planSample message from Shelfwise.
Email from your own domain, on servers we run.
Add the DNS records once. Maqetin checks them every day and pauses sending if a required record stops resolving, to protect your sender reputation.
- Bounces and complaints come straight back. A hard bounce suppresses the address at once, across your workspace.
- Clicks tracked on your own name, with scanner and bot clicks flagged and left out of your numbers.
- Your own HTML, with a preview filled in from a real profile. A drag-and-drop editor is planned.

Push will count delivery and opens on the device.
It will send to web, iOS and Android with images, action buttons and deep links to the right screen.
- Permission per person. A device token alone won't count as reachable; Maqetin will record whether notifications are on.
- Every open rate will name its divisor: delivered or sent.
SMS and WhatsApp will sit in the same journey as email.
It will send approved WhatsApp templates with reply buttons, and SMS from your registered sender ID.
- Codes and alerts will be transactional. A marketing opt-out will leave a one-time code or a transaction alert alone.
- Fallbacks. When a person has no WhatsApp, the same step will send the SMS instead.
- Replies on the record. A button tap on WhatsApp will be an event on the profile, ready to start the next step.
In-app messages will show modals, banners and content cards inside your app.
Your app will draw each one with its own design system.
- Your app will decide when. Show now, show later, or skip, so nothing interrupts onboarding or checkout.
- Content cards will hold a feed of offers and updates that waits for the person.
A call inside your app will reach a customer.
Your agent will start an audio or video call from the customer's profile, and their phone will ring inside your app. The call needs no phone number and no call centre line.
- It will ring like a real call on iOS and Android, even when the app is closed.
- Missed calls will get a follow-up by push or email from the journey.
- Quiet hours and opt-outs will apply, and recording will happen only with notice.
